Finally unboxed Nate today and it is an amazing figure.
I was slightly concerned when I opened him up and saw a magnet attached to his arm. I figured out it was to put the flashlight on. Problem solved when I put the magnet in his pocket so the flashlight could be magnetized on him.

I normally put my figures on small clear plastic stands to save room but I had to take advantage of this diorama first:

I started to repose him this morning, but put him back pretty much as he was before because the sword looks so good in his hand, as does the coin for which that hand is perfectly designed. Both objects sell the pirate theme perfectly.

I wanted the Beretta on display, because it's a nice little pistol, so had to lay it at his feet.

Also plugged the hole in the backdrop with the inner lid which I initially left off as I thought it might slide out and drop down the back of the Detolf.

Such a photogenic figure, but as often I notice things in the photos that need refutzing, such as his torch, and the rope keeper that keeps wanting to magnetise itself to the metal band rather than the other end of the strap.

I hope Lim's TLOU Ellie will have her Beretta Model 70, something which also carried over into the HBO series.
