That's the thing with LiM, you listen to criticism (where it's valid, of course). Plus there's the team's desire to do the best possible because it's something they believe in. I remember your reports about Arthur being completely reworked.
That's not the case for most companies who merely churn out product for quick profit.
Some of the things I don't like about the figure are design based, and that's not down to LIM but the game itself. Hence I don't like the denim vest or the coat, but that's how they obviously were in the game.
The trousers may be a more universal dislike because, as noted by others, they're tight on the legs then flare out at the boots and reminded me of Shaggy from Scooby-Doo (hence why the figure was giving off a somewhat cartoon appearance).
I want to like him, and I thought I would in spite of the fact that this character never did appeal to me aesthetically as much as Arthur. There are things I want from the figure, so against my better judgement and that inner voice telling me not to, I may end up getting him. Because he's a LIM figure, and Arthur set a benchmark for western figures. (The rock that Kaustic Plastik's John Wayne broke itself against!)
