****! I really wasn't expecting them to reveal him so soon. First WW, then CW and now Lobo. Sideshow really seems to be on a roll with regards to DC this year. Seems they want to make up for lost time. I ain't complaining though. :dance

That's not a hole in his teeth... That's the shadow from his fang on his lower jaw....
Yeah. Astute observation Bill. Now that you've mentioned it, even I find it unconvincing.

apocalypse looks awesome there
Umm, wrong thread :wink1:

Don't have to worry about googly eyes on this.
:lol

Martin and Gore Group are very consistent delivering great pieces.

Lobo PF > Gladiator Hulk PF
Better put that in spoiler tags :lol

If you watch the video, you can see the shadow move... It's most definitely not a hole.

Sorry, but you're wrong.
Look at the other side. His lower fang is sculpted up against his upper fang. From a design standpoint, it makes no sense to sculpt in a 'jutting snaggletooth' on one side only.

When this thing is solicited, expect to see a cigar connected to that hole.

Nope, it is a shadow. See how it changes between these two angles.

(You might want to open the pic on a different tab for a better viewing experience.)

It isn't a hole. It's the shadow. Watch the pan of the headsculpt in full screen. The shadow moves. You can definitely see the gap in three dimensions. The lighting causes the movement. Why would they show a head sculpt with a big hole in it?

It's more than likely the alternate head will have his trademark cigar.

briefly mentioning a character that shows up in the video in a post from the same thread isn't the same as mentioning the character and going on and on so that it would warrant a 'wrong thread' comment…see all the love for death stroke on the previous page…its just ppl talking; not that serious...

Pure red eyeball, perfect... SS can't mess w the crosseye then :wink1:

Did you see the 'wink' smiley with my comment?

I deliberately made that comment with regards to your mention of Apocalypse since he is Marvel while D'Stroke is DC. It was supposed to be taken in a jovial context dude. :peace

And that is how you paint red eyeballs. #SupesPFEx

The first Marvel dioramas were classics. Nowadays, I will say that in my mind they have become irrelevant due to Sideshow abandoning the line. The aftermarket prices are too high for most newcomers to simply pick them up.

It seems that Premium format is the ideal and most popular scale/line. It's hard enough to keep up with them when your average PF starts at $400 and could run up to $600 for Apocalypse (and possibly Lobo) and $900 for Sauron.
