Does anyone know if there is a chance the Burning Soul head may sell out?

I want to lock a preorder in but it's kinda hard to decide where. So I may just wait till it's actually in stock. Most of the sellers on eBay estimate it will be in stock next month. Whereas though KGHobby seems like a good place to order, their estimated in stock date is May.

Any suggestions?

Not everyone is on the same level of knowledge as other people with regards to customizing and what-not.

i agree, theres many factors that each individual person has that contribute to whether or not they can kitbash a figure/figures. Not everyone has the time or the means, that shouldn't prevent them from getting a look for a figure that they are after, just because a licensed figure isn't coming out for it.

i ended up PO'ing the MC Toys Stealth clothes and this body from OSK:

i think it's pretty comparable to the World Box and cheaper. Leaning towards the burning soul sculpt unless a better neckless sculpt comes along. Also a set of the claw hands from eBay. Anyone have an opinion which of the two look better.

Did you see the pic of a another Logan sculpt Kit posted on his FB? It looks better than the Burning Soul one. I feel like it's going to be expensive though, so I might have to get Burning Soul's sculpt anyway.

I wouldn't recommend that body. Bad mold on the upper torso. Purchased 3 of those from osk and the upper torso is crooked on all of them.

The seller I pre-ordered the clothing set from will find out what body the clothing is tailored for. I'll let you guys know once I get the info.

I was going to buy that too then i found out that it wasnt the official body that was used for the DOFP figure but an emulated one. Since it wasnt the official one, I thought it was going to lack in quality. Glad I didnt buy that. Thanks man.

i bought that body on ebay a while back, i havnt used it for a figure yet but i checked it out and i dont think theres anything wrong with it. Especially if its fully clothed and fits the body.

I like the hotel scene, but I just decided to get a suit since I liked the whole limo driver thing he had going on at the start. I might still get the hotel outfit if I get bored enough and want to swap out the clothes.

Based on my personal experience, multi-layered clothing works best on bodies similar to HT's TTM-21. Muscle bodies can make the head-to-body proportion look wonky (makes it seem that head is too small) when used with layered clothing. But as I said to noface before, it's nice to have several body types at your disposal so you can experiment on which body fits a clothing set best.

Still holding out hope for a Hot Toys release of this - I don't find any other manufacturer of these to be appealing in the slightest. Hopefully there'll be something around the blu-ray DVD release.

Same here. Was so close to ordering that clothing set but I thought "what if hot toys do a Logan? I'll be so gutted"

I would bet theres a 1 in 10 chance HT will do this. I would bet there's a 1 in 20 chance they will do the Hotel outfit if so.

exactly this. especially at a $45 price point, you really cant go wrong.

I think The Wolverine MMS220 was announced fairly late. Maybe around the blu ray release.
