Some movies camouflage the paradox baggage better thsn others. But aside from that, why would the antagonists remove the legs of a person who is trying to get to the address they've instructed , which they desperately need to happen? It goes out of its way to defy its own logic in service of a sight gag.

The good outweighs the bad though, IMO.
