They are adding the Ice Bay of Forochel this month, and it will be full of mostly solo/small group quests for levels 44-50. I have finally reached 42 after a year of playing, and I am hoping that with some work over the next few months, I might actually be to level 50 by the time the Moria expansion is released this fall and the level cap is raised to 60.

SO.....I'm downloading the update to this game. The first update was 1000 files and now the second update is 7773 files...GOOD GOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, it only took 9 hours to update, but at least I can actually play the game now...

Playing again, spent the majority of this afternoon completing the rest of the barow downs quests for my lore master. SO, I have a 33-dwarf champion, 21 elf-loremaster, and 20 hobbit-burglar. I only want to continue one character from this point on, which should I do?

I'm lazy, so I would just go with the one you have already leveled the highest. I found that champion was the most solo friendly, so I stuck with that. I am up to 42, but I haven't had the time to be on lately. I did get on for just a few minutes this weekend to check out the new territory added in the expansion. I distracted one of the Lossoth and he fell down while ice skating.
