I definately don't trust him. I saw in here that he had 4, but in the auction he alludes to the fact that he had 5 but sld one. Who has 5 Celtics and is willing to part with them for only $150? If I was him my BIN would've been higher, much higher. Somewhere in the $220-$250 range.

No, in the auction he alluded that he would end the auction when his BIN was met. Then after someone bought it for $150...he THEN states he has 4 MORE. He's a scammer...no doubt.

At least the bidders look legit, there are different levels of feedback and not a long list of bidders who just created their accounts!

B. Is there any chance I can get some pics of the 4 REMAINING Celtics, or the numbers below the barcode on the box/packaging?
C. I hate to ask this, but I've had this happen before, but how do I know that you are legit? I've had an ebay seller a few weeks ago take my money for the same exact predator. I didn't give feedback, because I'm still trying to get a hold of him to clear this up. Thanks a lot man. Elder out."

Not if he sold it outside of ebay. This auction is illegal to begin with. You can't put a buy it now in the description that isn't a Ebay buy it now auction.

yes do an advanced search for completed listings from his seller id. here's the kicker. he's sold three items and two are the EXACT same as ones that are listed now. go figure. BTW I asked for a pic and he replied he would send one...................???
