Both regular and exclusive Lukes arrived yesterday!!! Wheee!!!

First, this figure is really amazing. The likeness is as good as the BTVS Spike. I cracked open the regular, and have him displayed in front of the exclusive. The hands didn't pop off too easily for me when I was playing with him and switching out accessories. The SW logo on the base looked great, the extra hands and the lightsabers are incredibly cool, and I keep looking at all of the tiny detail! The robe seems a tad large around the head, and I had the same wire issue, where it poke out just a tiny bit. I haven't decided if I will trim it or try to finesse it back into the fabric. this was worth the wait, although now that I have him, I can't wait to get the others. This is a bad thing Sideshow has done, creating one of the best SW figures I have ever seen, as I don't know when I will be able to stop!

After spending another day playing with Luke I realized, the lightsabers are going to create a serious dilemma for me, the detail is so awesome and they look so cool, it going to be very hard to position the figures so that it can be seen easily and is pretty prominent. All in all I think that is my favorite part about the figure...aside from the wonderful likeness of course.

I have to agree with you about the lightsabers! These are way more detailed and intricate than I thought possible. I am really excited to see some of the prequel figures for all of their goodies, and the robo-arm for Anakin is gonna be sweet!

Hopefully length won't be an issue, as he will be on a regular 12 inch body, not a shorter body. I don't ever recall this issue with Oz from BTVS though.

Yea these Jedi are coming with so many accessories, hands and cloths, it's hard to decide how to pose them. I want to keep changing Luke, can't imagine when we get a slew of them on a shelf.

I think once we get more it will be easier because you have this one with the communicator, that one with lightsaber drawn, that one wearing a robe arms crossed head bowed, so on and so forth.
