Thanks man! From Kuato's progress shots it looks like the sculpt will rock I don't start a bash unless the sculpt is awesome, or at least I'm fairly certain it will be!

The recipe is:

Boots: HT Wolverine
Jeans: Storerooms (bleached)
Jacket: HT BR Joker
Shirt: Ebay
Undershirt: HT T-800
Belt: stevostoys

I agree that the headsculpt is essentially the same but it may be easier to keep the characters in separate threads. This way all those Guys making a Riggs and a Max separately can keep tabs on who is buying what for clothing etc. It will also save a lot of work poring through threads looking to find other tidbits of info. ( Max accessories etc )

The other thing is that anyone searching for the characters will find their threads easier.
