We're closing the books on this one. Once we receive the sculpt from Chris, we'll cast it, and offer it up on our site. No list will be needed as we intend to make plenty. Once the castings are made, we'll be sending it back to Chris where he'll modify it to Riggs, and yes, we'll start a new Riggs Custom thread.

As a reminder, we hope to offer some of the accessories. The Dinki-Di can is already done, and cans are being cast as of this post. The gas cans with pole and shotgun are pretty much a sure thing. We're working on ideas for the leg brace and shoulder pads, and will look into a few of his other misc accessories. In the mean time, thank you for your support and patience as we get these done for you all.

Oh, and I meant to post this teaser picture of the Dinki-Di can. It is a painted mock up. The final will be offered unpainted, but will include a label. The label will be printed in a higher quality than the one pictured here. There have also been a couple adjustments to the size of the logo/text since this photo was taken. The hand is there for scale.

GREAT!

Looking forward to see the extras!

And NICE work, Chris!

Hey TA, please offer a no neck version so we can use it on bodies with sculpted necks. Mad Max had an exposed upper chest and lower neck area and it would be nice to not see the joints.

Sorry, not going to be able to do that. You'll have to customize it for that option, which shouldn't be that difficult. I'm sure others here might have some tips on how to do that, anyone?

No problem. I'll just use the dremmel. Done it before, but it's a pain in the @ss. Had nothing to lose by asking, though....

I'm excited about this sculpt! I'm a HUGE Mel Gibson fan and the Mad Max movie, The Road Warrior is my favorite of the Max trilogy. I'm also a HUGE fan of the Lethal Weapon movies too! I will definitely buy both sculpts from you Toy Anxiety! I would suggest that kuato style the Martin Riggs as he was in the fist movie. Longer, wilder hair, and give him a cool expression. He was very wreckless and crazy in that first movie! :)

As for the Mad Max sculpt it looks GREAT! I have the older "Frontline" sculpt. I was going to use it for my own Max kitbash from The Road Warrior, but I'll use this head sculpt from kuato instead. :yess: I already got the Sideshow Terminator 2 T-800 "biker" leather outfit with the "leather" jacket, pants, and boots. I got a custom shoulder pad from BillyB. So I'll be watching to see what accessories you offer for Max Toy Anxiety. I like the idea of the dog food can, the gas tanks and the pole. I would recommend that you make his cool sawed off shotgun, and a special sheath/holster for it, along with his shovel, and other small tools he had on him. I would buy a set of all of his gear from you. :) I'd love to see Max's dog in the mix somehow too! One of my favorite images is Max walking down the road towards you holding the shotgun, and his dog walking by his side. AWESOME!

I like how Max has the shotgun out, but the dog is behind him a little. You can't see him as well as in the first picture.

I always loved this movie poster with critics all positive reviews on it about the movie. Same great shot of him walking down the road with the shotgun out...

This is just a cool picture of him I wanted to show here...

I'm looking forward to the Martin Riggs project too! But then kuato, if you do Riggs, then you would need to do a Roger Mutaugh (Danny Glover) to go with him! Riggs and Murtaugh together in one of the best "buddy cop" movies ever made! Lethal Weapon! :wave

Thank you for all the kind words Gentlemen, for just being my second full on sculpt EVER you guys have really helped. I did some minor changes again haha, cheek bones are not as pronounced now and I lifted hair line a bit and at last fixed the lips, please excuse the dark coloration on the sculpt especially the lips it is due to the wax changing color on me :) well here is a quick snap at the sculpt now

Oh and the sculpt has very light stubble, only reason I couldnt go heavy is because Riggs doesnt really have much facial hair, but with the right painting, the appearance can be changed, trust me :)
