That was what he wanted to do in 2010/2012 while he was filming this. He wanted to do it at the same time so it'd give people back story of Furiosa for this one.

He scrapped it though to focus everything on Fury Road instead. He's writing a live action sequel right now.

Even I think you're being too harsh on it, I don't think they ruined anything, don't forget that Beyond Thunderdome ruined what came before and that had Mel in it!

Beyond Thunderdome after RW is like TDKR after TDK!

I don't think them using TH ruined FR.

Mel Gibson made his bed, he now has to lay in it.

Next time try not throwing your employers under the bus, that usually ends a career!
:lol

the bizarre thing about it for me is that there are actors and directors that have actually sexually abused people or even Killed people and they have huge Hollywood careers.
Matthew Broderick killed a mother and the daughter with his car, why did he get to just keep acting? Rebecca Gayheart ran over a 9 year old kid. (and I dont even want to bring up the cases of sexual abuse from directors)
Mel screwed up and he might be insane, but it is really strange how not even murder or rape can get you blacklisted in Hollywood. but say the wrong thing and you will be gone from it forever

Hollywood is full of hypocrites. Look at the Sony emails...

I'm 100% with you on this.

:lecture

Were the people Ferris ran over jewish?

:lol

I guess I was alone in wanting to see guitar dude die a horribly gruesome death.:lol I was like "this movie's insane" the first time I saw him, and then, I thought "send him to Valhalla!" There really was some bat**** craziness in this movie. I thought it was awesome, though. They had some cool mini-posters in the lobby at my local theater, too.

I agree with that, shame that didn't happen.

His car got destroyed in it if I'm not mistaken, he was saying "that's mine, that belongs to me" lol.

Then it got crushed! :lol

Technically then you payed for it if you used your points.

Good job! :lol

I still wanna see it a third time.......haha

Everyone keeps saying how over the top crazy it was to include a guitar dude playing thrash metal in the desert in this movie because well, it's a crazy post apocalyptic world so why not, it just makes everything even crazier!

I think it would've been crazier had he been playing his guitar as energetic as he was but the guitar wasn't attached to working speakers. :lol

What would he know, he was deaf and blind.

seen it earlier today. good enough. Mr. Green can see why some say its a feminist movie. there's a certain girl power theme to it for sure but still good movie
