What happened with that other partners scheme to take over with Ted? Did I miss something there?

Cutler's plan (which is still in effect) is to subtlety take over the majority of the accounts at the firm. That way if there's ever a split, him & Ted (and "their" people) would leave with the majority of the clients. More of a fail safe than a scheme.

In the trivia with imdb, it says wiener already knows how he will end it. My bet is don contemplates suicide as the Feds close in on him for the desertion thing

He also said he's been told that his ending is a disaster. :lol

My guess: Don dies of cancer. Alone. Full of regret.

This doesn't bode well for Ted...

You think he's gonna take a swing? His family life seems shaky. His relationship with his wife seems shaky. His work life seems shaky. Well good thing they named the company SC & P. No need to change the name afterwards. :lol

I'd be somewhat surprised if Ted offs himself, but an accidental death wouldn't shock me. They do mention he's a pilot about thirty times an episode, after all.

But this could just be general death foreshadowing, not specifically towards Ted. With all the buildup this season, someone is going to die.

yeah I loved that flight that Don took with him, friggin hilarious..:lol

I also thought that it would be a good way to kill some off, since he seems to fly everywhere.

damn, that kid in the house is a young don drapper? where women perform the oldest service since history? daamn

I really hate that I'm always a season behind. Mark my words, by the time season 7 hits, I will have satellite (who haz cabl anymoar!?!?!), which means I'll have AMC.

uh what's wrong with cable? It got great internet connection, both down n up stream.

Anyway, I suppose the tribe have spoken: bye bye don? we'll see how long they last, hehehee

yeah it will be interesting where they start next season, he could be still on the outs, or he could be back at the agency....:dunno after all he did seem to be the miracle worker for most of the big accounts.

There's nothing wrong with it, but I just assumed that satellite was going to take over; perhaps I'm wrong, though.

Have you guys heard about the Megan/Sharon Tate theories? She may go down in season 7. That's pretty serious, even for this show

Interesting..that would be a pretty bad *** story line if they decide to go that route. I love it when they use real life issues and tie it in the story line.

interesting info.:lecture

loved the line "You going down?" :lol Poor Don, getting kicked all the way down. I'm sure he'll come back better than ever.:lecture

Watched this last night when Don got pulled to the meeting. I was no this cant happen, but he deserved it he didn't care no more great episode.

That Megan/Sharon theory is pretty off base. They took that "no coincidence" tweet way out of context. The costume designer was saying "Correct, that is not a coincidence that Megan's shirt looks like Sharon Tate's shirt".

I highly doubt they were trying to foreshadow Megan's death. The point of that shirt was that they just wanted Megan to wear a t-shirt in that scene, which was uncommon for women to wear at the time. And that photo of Sharon Tate is what the costume designer used to justify the decision for Megan to wear a t-shirt. That is what Matt Weiner explained.
