Well I've got to ask....

I haven't bought a Madden game since EA got the exclusive. Each year they promise more but deliver little.

Did they finally pull it off?

Or is it just a little better than last years?

It looks like they added tons this year. There was a good review on CNN that talks about the features.

I picked up the game today at TRU, got the game, Brett Favre figure, and a $10 gift card for a little under $59.99 (w/employee discount). Only played one match and it seems pretty good thus far.

Only downside to me was it made me miss/wish for a new Mutant League Football game.

A quick question for those with the game, is Favre a free agent on the game? Or is the only way to play with Favre is using the download patch?

Yeah, you have to download the online roster and he'll be on the Jets.

Just played a game with Badmoon... Lots of fun. But as Kain said, after doing the IQ test... the franchise games were KILLING me. I scored too high on offense drills, so it was insane how hard it was to get any sort of drive going. Even Randy Moss couldn't come down with anything.

Can't wait until you get the league going, Kain...

Chargers got me in a preseason game but then I came back and beat Denver by 100. Kain and I tried to play yesterday but it kicked us both out with only a minute left of a tied game.
