So much blue that when you open the box this song will play.
I always liked what SS did here
Mafex’s modern Wolverine will have black patterns lol
I blame Marvel
I ain't gonna knock you, if you wanna ride hasblows coattails. Marvel letdowns are littered with qc issues and if you think otherwise, you're delusional.
Or do you seriously think that Mafex used a '95 Fleer Ultra card as their reference for the figure?
Did Hasbro hurt you? Alright shteven, we're going to need you to point on this doll and show us exactly where they touched you. Together we can get through this.
They're a foreign company...for all we know they used a Pepsi card as their reference.
Right, foreigners don't know what Wolverine is supposed to look like [/QUOTE ]
And yet, in your own words, "The stripes should be black"....
You can pull up all of the blue stripe images from random artists that you want, they're still supposed to be black. Or do you seriously think that Mafex used a '95 Fleer Ultra card as their reference for the figure?
Well they apparently used some reference that you feel is wrong or there's Mafex-flair now?
Hot Toys screwed up stuff, I remember reading for Hoth Leia they used the wrong reference photos for the breathing mask and the gun is based on a Nerf version of the blaster. Blue stripes isn't that bad in comparison IMO.
It's not a reference that I "feel" is wrong. If they were going for an accurate 90's look the blue stripes are wrong. What does this have to do with Hot Toys making mistakes with their figures? The complaint was never about MAFEX being the only company to ever make a mistake. We can reference an infinite number of companies where companies got a similar thing wrong or correct. The comparison is pointless.
It's not a huge deal, I think most people would prefer if they fixed it and made the stripes black.
Or do you seriously think that Mafex used a '95 Fleer Ultra card as their reference for the figure?
You literally have no idea where these guys are drawing their references from. I would bet the house they're using google a lot more than boxes of 90's comics and this is what you get.
It's okay, bud. I guess not all of us can afford import figures. You know, hasblow also makes $10-$12 marvel figures that look like shampoo bottles. You can still have a collection, that is, if your mom gives you that much in allowance.
