McFarlane Edward Scissorhands

For scale:

I bought the 18" figure when I was making the call to pass on Xenoviper's awesome Edward Scissorhands headsculpt/paint-job.

I got a great deal on it MIB from ebay, and believe it or not, I'm very happy with it. Great shelf presence and very photogenic. More pics of him coming soon...

Me to. I stopped at Hobby Lobby today to get one more, but they didn't have any really black ones. Each one is stained a little different, and on some more wood grain shows through giving it a reddish hue. I only buy the all black ones.

PF's would look ace on these too. That is if they can withstand the weight.

Yeah, That bid Edward is Premium Format size and looks great on there by himself (will post pics of that later.) I think the weight would be okay because they are anchored to the wall.

Well, this is in place of the Hot Toys figure.

I am not interested in the Hot Toys figure on it's own because they don't have Johnny's likeness. I almost bought Xenoviper's Edward headsculpt (as I mentioned in the post you quoted) but decided I couldn't justify the price, as I would have to pay the $150 for the head and at least another $150 for the HT figure. That's when I decided to pic up the 18" figure.

I do have another Edward figure made by some Japanese company. I'll post a picture of it if I can find it...

Great Edward Scissorhands shelf.
The Mcfarlane Edward really is a great figure, he's one of only a handful of Mcfarlane figures I still have on display to this day.

Definitely would get the HT Scissor Hands, since you are a big fan

Hot Toys' Edward Scissorhands doesn't look any thing like the character though.

Maybe some day, years down the road, someone will be looking to sell the complete figure with Xeno's sculpt, and maybe I'll want to pony up the dough then.

Excellent Edward pics Mag! Love the sculpt on that 18"er. Not sure how pricey they are but it would be cool to and add hair to one.
