Yep. Seb did it. Not for me directly, I'm the second owner of that figure.

Did some work on my Toy Fairs Batman. I am now using the cape clips from the Takara Batman.

Here's what the real clips look like:

Here's a comparison between the Hot Toys clips and the Takara clips:

The Takara clips have a more accurate shape. Plus they have more details, like the little vents on the sides, a little rivet dimple on the top corner, plus the circle is the right size.

I cut them off like this:

And just tucked them under the Hot Toys cowl:

As you can see, the curve of the cowl didin't quite match up with the curve of the clips, so I trimmed a bit of the cowl so they would be flush. Here's the finished product:

Again, here's the Hot Toys clips:

The stock clips are sharper/cleaner, whereas the Takara clips are a little more rough. But I still like the overall look of the Takara clips better, especially when compared to what Bale actually wore.

The real reason I got the idea to do this was that I lost one of the Hot Toys clips. :/
