around Yankee Stadium yesterday the Hispanic peeps were saying the Yankees will win the series lol.

Even the MLB analysts on MLB radio were choosing the Yankees to win it all, however; every manager they spoke to was saying that the A's and O's are two of the toughest teams in baseball with the Nats most likely dominating the NL. No manager picked a clear winner but none of them said anything nice about the Yankees. Only that their pitching staff isn't deep or consistent enough for the playoffs.

first off the Yankees with acception of 2009 choke every year out of the first round. second they struggled all the way to win the AL East and third they are not like the other teams on a roll now. fourth there is NO mo. I bet you my membership here they will not win the world series this season.

That's my thought on them. In the regular season they mashed their way to wins which usually isn't the case in the playoffs.

In that case, let's go Yanks!

:rotflSome things are worth putting up with. Go anybody, but the Yankees!

Yankees did finish the regular season on a bit of a roll. They went something like 19 - 8 down the stretch. I've learned over the past 10 years not to take any team lightly, so I gotta respect the O's, but Detroit's really the scary team in the AL right now. We'll see.

Lost 50 on the A's. Got good odds and figured take a chance with a hot team. Ran into a buzz saw though.

have any of you been here yet?

Nats came back. Down 2-1 and Cards had bases loaded and nobody out and the Nats got out of it and then Tyler Moore gets a 2 out pinch hit to give the Nats a 3-2 lead and they held on.
