hehe, yeah, is looking nice, just a little hole on the butt, cause the metal is shrinking when cooling down and there was hard to weld. but realy hard to see even when its upside down. but well, you havent seen number 10 finished yet

well, thats it! here is the last number 10 alien, the final of the bronze casts. this is also similar crouching like the number 10 but with little bit changed arms. and the feet are not angeld too. the patina is a little bit darker with some iron nitrate effects so its looking a little bit corroding in some areas. at the head i didn t use silver nitrate but another patina wich makes white marble effects. same as the former alien but witout silver. makes the dome realy looking tranparent even though its massive, of course. and notice the thin line at the back of the head, where the transparent dome was ending at the original. engraved this in later.

here some more. some aluminium pices will follow maybe in autum or winter this year cause i ll be busy next time and working with wax is better when its cool. so there are 4 or so more aluminium versions to come than. but for now it was such a joy to show you the making and take so much creative input. thank you all!!!

number 4 changed colour and dome

i was not so satisfied with the number 4 anymore because of the head and the colour, so i made the head smaler and more accurate and also changed the patina.

here is another change on the number 7 figure. i was not satisfied with the dome and the teeth anymore, so i changed the head and cut off the teet, than set in steel teeth.

just done some make up o this figure. front dome is much darker now an fingers stand alone. teeth are more shiny with the darker dome.
