Okay, so this sad saga is apparently not yet over.

I opened up my email this morning to see that this a-hole has filed a disputed against ME with SquareTrade! Check this ****e out:

I have a problem with the sell of this item...that problem is: I had a darth vader statue for sale, I went on Ebay and tried to find one like it. I thought I had found one, except for mine was slightly different as it was missing the cape and the sword...I sold the item, the buyer paid thru paypal, I shipped the item, but the buyer wasnt happy...It turns out, it was not the same( like i had thought )...It was my fault then for not taking an actual picture, and so, I agreed to a refund...The problem IS, Paypal has issued the refund, but yet the buyer, still has the merchandise...And so, now it should be considered Unpaid for Merchandise I suppose, but Im not sure what I can even do about this...I tried to make the buyer happy, by issuing a refund, as it was my mistake, but, it turns out Im the one with the short end of the stick...Please help...
