Who did you contact? Mine has been stuck at the Grapevine, TX facility for 17 days now.

Mine is stuck in Grapevine as well for the same time. If I need to pay more, someone should let me know and I'll take care of it.. is this going to sit for a month then be returned to seller? @Kit Chen

its the custom got screwed, it happened last year when there were a new policy, many packages stuck, especially dfw

99.999999999% were delivered but a few packages delay over 30 days

I’ve never had a package stay in customs more than a week before. I’ve got one other package from a different seller in China on the way. If it gets stuck too then I’ll just have to cancel my preorders with Kit.
