Put the buttons through the holes, and when worn the strap pulls up into an inverted 'V'.

There have been so many issues with some companies selling the 66’ figures. I’m sorry for all the difficulty other are having.

Mine arrived ok but the bowler hat I ordrrrd was put on top of the box with the Alfred. Then it was closed and SURPRISE It got flattened out and even busted through the box…a representative from the company said, yes we did that… Your account will be deleted when all your orders ship.

Does anyone have the “House Keeper” hat? And if so… is yours flat on top like this?

Or has anyone been “fired” for requesting a return on an item that was damaged in shipping?

I’m new to this so your feedback is appreciated.

You were arguing the hat got flatten but i told you the hat is fine, i did told you that when my colleague ask if he can just put the hat in the box, i approved it. It's pvc material, with its material nature it won't get flatten, just like all those pvc head sculpts on every figure, it won't deform

We have fixed your issues before, but what do you want if it's really no issue with the hat?

and yes, i do confirm that i said to you "We shall close your account after all your orders are fulfilled" AFTER you said "I will turn it over to my credit card company for review"

Heat it up with a hair dryer and it should revert back to its natural shape, no problem.

90% are released, there's still some still stuck, they got a lot packages stuck in the custom due to the rush policy

They will release them all eventually
