I only request you to treat the trade fairly and equally by complying our policy that you have clicked to agree to, so we can have enough time to verify the situation with courier

The 60 days policy is quoted from the contract we signed with courier. Sometimes we don’t need to wait for exactly 60 days, I do offer refund/replacement after 30 days for some case

What is fair when someone making unreasonable demand ignoring the policy request for immediate refund?

When you are suing McDonald for a Big Mac issue and you expect they will make you the cheese burger?

I am in this hobby since 2008, you are not the first and won’t be the last one having issue with us

Customer is not always right, I am asking for reasonable and FAIR like you said

I will stfu if anyone beside you and onesixthvisage here telling me it’s fair to ignore our policy, dispute full refund for a courier delayed package

You always say here in the US we blah blah but we are not a US company, we have our own policy to reflect our limitation on the business, comparing “here in the US” to a HK company under different circumstances is fair and equal?
 
All ...please share pic's if you have received the figure w/ smudge or chips or even if the figure came fine. I am considering purchasing this figure and would like to see how widespread the issue is. Thank you !!

I need you to push 4px and if you won't then i want a refund - he sounds like we are one of the biggest client of 4px and instruct me to push them ignoring the fact that we have contract to the courier's 60 days rule

"I gave you money for a product and you choose to use cheap shipping" - while he received a few package with no issue, when one happens, its cheap ****

"You have an unhappy customer whom is well known in the 1/6 community" - At the end, don't forget to threat the seller "to do the right things"

And I forget to mention one thing - you disputed Mr J transaction as well. It was paypal's decision to end it in our favor. in your point of view, paypal as a US company they should side with you no matter what their policy are, you should go ahead to complaint to paypal

Kit helped me get a replacement arm for my Saturn Toys Robin that had a mangled elbow joint. Even when the manufacturer came back saying that it was just extra plastic flashing that didn’t get removed, I showed a couple more pics and Kit was able to get the replacement for me. I’ve only canceled one order in the past, but he also gave me no issues with that either; though, unlike some, I DIDN’T try to get my deposit back. I knew full well that I would lose the deposit and didn’t give him any fuss about it.
 
Always sucks to see fellow collectors and sellers having issues like these.
I would suggest you guys have a rest. No one is winning anything with public accusations no matter in what direction. From my personal experiences Kit is not only a trustworthy seller, but also an understanding human being. Issues can be settled all it takes is a respectful discussion from both sides and sometimes someone has to be the first one to apologize.
Good luck to all of you guys. Collectibg should be a happy experience. Too bad that it isn’t too often.

Yeah...I mistakenly ordered multiple (2) '89 Alfreds. I asked Kit to cancel one as I forgot I had already ordered it. I didn't expect my NRD back cause it was my mistake but Kit graciously refunded the NRD without me even asking. That's great customer service imo.

I just took the money and turned around and ordered more stuffs :hi5: :yess:

Same happened to me with Mr. W. I ordered two by accident and Kit refunded my deposit.
 
I've had nothing but good experiences with Kit. I'd say maybe only 75% of what I order actually shows "delivered" on the tracking, for some reason tracking doesn't update as well as it should for all areas/regions in the US. However, this isn't exclusive to items from Kit as this tends to happen whether it's USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, or anything else. When a package goes MIA in tracking from Kit, I just file it away as "it'll show up when it shows up" and then eventually it does.

I think it's ridiculous to place US expectations on a non-US business. "In the US we only wait 10 days!"...ok, so? This is an international shipment, things tend to take a while at times. It's also ridiculous to keep chanting "USA! USA!" like you're at a political rally, put your big boy pants on and realize that "free shipping" means you get what Kit sends it by and that's how it goes. If it's too slow for you, or not a shipper you prefer, then why shop with Kit in the first place? A lot of it sounds like complaining just to complain. Kit kept your NRD after banning your account? Maybe you shouldn't have broken the rules to get your account banned?

Anyway. I can see why Kit has a 60-day policy, I once ordered something from Ali Express and it appeared lost after 28 days. I contacted the seller and made a really big deal out of things, eventually got Ali Express involved and got a refund. Around day 50 or so, the item I ordered arrived and I felt TERRIBLE. I immediately contacted the seller to apologize and I worked out a plan with him to get him his money. He still asked me to not shop from his store again, which I thought was more than fair. Overseas shipments sometimes come lightning quick, sometimes they seem like it would be faster to swim over and get the package myself. 60 days seems extremely reasonable. Kit is awesome (and his figure stands are really great too, you all should order some).
 
I ordered 2 of the same by mistake and asked if I could cancel and use the NRD towards a new figure but was told no. I mean I'm not mad because it was my error and I completely understand the deposit is non-refundable, but strange how it doesn't work for everyone.
There are many different scenario, we judge case by case

Sometimes it's communication error, usually I will give a No without thinking when people ask to transfer the NRD to another product
 
Not to mention this all started because someone claimed that Kit wasn’t doing anything about their damaged Alfred.

Kit just sent me tracking for a replacement Alfred head and glasses. So the guy saying “buyer beware, Kit is a scammer he didn’t refund me!” Is totally off base.

I wonder if Giantoy got replacement heads yet or if Kit got the first batch of replacements.
