I would say 300-350, so 385 sounds reasonable. Beats that other one I see listed for 500.

this is a great site for tracking prices. click on the figure, then the graph, and look at the last auctions and what they sold for. It's not always safe to go by average value, since if a piece is on it's way up, that isn't reflected immediately int he average. But the auction listings are very useful, especially since Ebay only keeps a much shorted running history now and anything older than a few months is not available to see.

i say get the Hulk first.... he's an icon for sure and you can't go wrong with either version of him. i prefer the green, but the grey is gonna demand the hefty price tag.

Logan is the PF, I was referring to the Wolverine Comiquette.

I've only got Doom at the moment, just parchased a Cap off of eBay, he was at the top of my must own list, next pay day I'll be trying to track down a green Hulk, and I pre-ordered a Thor. To me many of these are must haves, but I think others don't fully suit the PF treatment, or maybe they just aren't to my taste. I'll probably order a Red Skull sooner or later.

Gotta agree here. Hulk isn't the best, but he's the best at a reasonable price.

Though it looks like the Green is finally starting to take off as most of them are going in the $600-700 range right now. Probably won't get any better with the movie coming out this summer.

I think you can take out the word Marvel and still be correct. If you've never seen it in person, you just have no idea what you're missing.

Doom is gonna be hard to beat and I don't see any PF 'dethroning' him (pun intended) any time soon.

I wonder if people love Doom so much just because of his current value. I think the Hulk PF is a much nicer piece. Just my opinion.

Nope, I've been crazy about this piece ever since it was announced. I'm a big FF4 fan and he's one of the best Marvel Villains, so for me its top notch.

That's cool. I have seen it in person. It's nice, but it didn't really 'wow' me like Hulk did.

My Marvel PF line is slowly growing as well. So far, I have Thing, Hulk, Elektra, Punisher, Spidey and Capt America PF's, plus the Wolvie Comiquette. They all look excellent posed in one location in my room. Then there is the Ghost Rider maquettes as well.

I just pre-order Red Skull and Thor, so my Marvel collection will soon explode in size again.

I only have 3 Marvel PF's. Hulk, Thing and Logan. I may be getting a Spiderman soon though. I have tried to keep themn limited to characters that have appeared in movies though even if it's the "comic" version of the character.

Way over priced on ebay. In person Doom is very detailed but not worth the mark up at all.

Doom looks very cool, but I am trying to stick to heroes only, I don't have a huge display space. I have been thinking about picking up the Thing PF, regular version, it can still be had for retail price.

I'm exactly the same, Doom Exc is the only Marvel Baddie PF I have. He's associated with FF4 whom I love and he's a stunning collectable.
As a rule I generally don't collect 'bad guys' but he is my one exception in the world of Marvel (i think).

Definately get Thing, you have to.

Hulk is physically impressive. He's just huge and commands a lot of attention.

I haven't had anyone come in and not have Doom be in their top 3 pieces that I own (and I own a lot of ++++). He's small because he's sitting but no PF can come close to the detail that's in his throne.
