Yeah I do see your point but Sideshow could make a PF, comiquette or diorama of any Marvel characters they set their mind on so although I can't say for sure but I would guess they have a big old business reason for doing it the way they are at the moment. Sideshow is a multi-million dollar company and they've grown year after year, I think to say they aren't producing enough statues would be wrong cause I'm pretty well off and I'm finding it hard to keep up, unlike Bowen who is a one license two trick pony Sideshow have a lot of licenses to manufacture statues for & they take Marvel statues to a level Bowen won't reach when they basically only do 1/6 scales figures & mini-busts. I love Bowen statues don't get me wrong but I look forward to Sideshows Marvel collectibles coming out a lot more than I do with Bowen's.

Sideshow sells Bowen stuff for money reasons & to bring extra customers to their website I'm sure of that.

To be honest makkari1 could be right anyway cause no one knows why Bowen & Sideshow do business together apart from them. We can only speculate.

Well said we sort of agree but on different levels. Sideshow is known for using different formats and they do it very very well, that's their niche. Bowen's niche is producing mini bust along with full size and they have a lot more characters to choose from. But I'm not sure Sideshow can do any Marvel character they want. The reason that I said this is because Marvel has limited Bowen to main stream characters. Bowen can't do Ultimate characters or What if's or Manga. I also draw that conclusion because we only see from Sideshow mostly Marvel characters that have been in movies.

I don't expect Sideshow to produce the number and volumn that Bowen does but I would like a little more than what they are currently putting out. Bowen does have a slight advantage in being able to concentrate on Marvel alone while Sideshow has its hands in many areas. But I do know that for each market segment ie: Star Wars, Star Trek, etc. they have teams dedicated to that segment. So the Star Wars guys don't do Marvel and vice versa. Sideshow does attract the best talent and they offer larger sculpts catered more to the high collector.
