Is Crimson Viper a top tier character in the tournament scene? Is that why she was included in MvC3 instead of more recognizable fighters?

I liked her fighting style in SFIV, but yeah I'd rather have some more iconic characters in there first.

Storm was in the small group of fighters that most hardcore MvC2 tournament players used all the time, right? Along with others like Magneto, Cable, Sentinel, etc etc. Those were characters that were unbalanced enough to be exploited.

It's cool she's back, but it's not much of a surprise that she is.

How is Modok a waste? He's totally new. IMO, Viper is so lame. I guess they wanna please all the newb SF fans. I am really disliking the Capcom side when compaired to past MvC games.

Oh, thats cause he's very very strong from what i've read. He can absorb your opponents attacks and if you get hit by that slime, your controls are in reverse.
