As you can see, Galactus and Taskmaster are confirmed if these scans are to be believed. I'm gonna LOL when people KO Galactus by using a jump kick.

As epic as Galactus is. . . you can't kill him. . . so how do you defeat him as a final boss?? Just convince him to go away?? Do you just have to punch him enough times so that he says "Jeeeez allright allready, I get it. I'm leaving, gosh"

Seriously though didn't Dr. Doom drain Galactus of his Power Cosmic in the comics? And didn't Silver Surfer kill him once or atleast destroy his physical body.
