i don't remember him being able to do two mouth lasers in a row, and a new command grab to which you can combo off of. Seems strong to me.

He's slower, takes more damage and does not have Hyper Armor anymore.

He's still upper tier most likely, though.

well, when you move a direction button he moves in the direction you pressed. When you hit the punch button...he punches..etc...
