Think of all the things that happened, how many people died that didn't have to, because Steve retired to be with Peggy... even though he knew what was coming.

He could have warned against Pearl Harbor...

He could have stopped 911...

He could have saved Kennedy (political choice of course)... stopped Watergate... ended the Cuban Missile Crisis before it started... stopped the Pinto from being created... sent George Lucas to another dimension right before Howard the Duck... so many things could have been averted.
Lay off the Pinto...LOL
Well it’s possible those timelines did get pruned, after Cap got what he wanted.

I am of the theory the TVA is not pruning timelines for any reason other then their own nefarious means.

So I imagine this last episode has a lot to wrap up. Will anything be solved? Maybe break up the TVA?

There's a Season 2 so maybe not. Cliffhanger, probably.

Because Disney is both clever and evil.
But don't mind coz luv the show, and it's something to look forward to next season.

Especially since I feel dubious about anything else the MCU does. Next Doctor Strange might be OK.

Well if you liked this show and if this show sticks the landing, DS might very well be good too since its writer is this show's showrunner.

I actually like this show. It has more heart than the others and it’s not trying to do anything but but entertain.
It’s not trying to build up some crappy unfulfilling mystery or preach about how the world is bad.

very surprising since I don’t even love Loki all to much

The Poison Pinto was my absolute favorite Hot Wheels as a kid.

But that really is a good point about Captain America, and one of the main reasons I hate "time travel" as a deus ex machina to end stories.

Why couldn't Cap have done all those things? No reason he couldn't. Time travel. You can do anything. Like going back and saving Tony Stark and Black Widow if you really wanted to.

Cool, thanx for the info. Yeah, I do like the show a lot; enough to open the wallet, probably.

Interestingly just an idle sweep of the 'bay - any Loki figures still seem to be way up in price; tho some IM prices seem to have dropped a bit. Just from a quick random look.

I remember when the diecast IM 46 was selling for insane amounts (holding on to mine anyway, luv the fig)

I missed the 46 because the store I pre-ordered it from closed down and could not fulfill the order (I paid in full). It was really annoying since here in my country you have maybe 1-2 months to pre-order a figure at retail, after that it goes up in price. Since I could no longer get it at retail, I had to pass.

That sux! Yeah the 46 is a beautiful fig; depending on your collecting habits you may be able to score a reasonable used one. TWS Bucky seems to have come down a bit too. Other stuff like both Falcons and Loki seem to have remained up there. I think maybe too many IMs got churned out.

MK1 is supposed to be at Toy Fair, but I would imagine the next IM reissue after that would be the 46.

What have they re-issued so far? Mark 43, Mark 47, and Mark 5 ...?
As far as diecast reissues I think it's just the 43 & 47. Oh and the 44 (Hulkbuster) but the reissue came with the added jackhammer arm. The Mark V suit-up version is a unique release (plus I don't think it actually closes up completely, does it?).

Standard Mk 5 Die Cast got a re-issue. I have it on pre-order.

As @e30ernest confirms, it was the 5 as well. I'm just trying to see if there's any logic (ha ha) to what HT is doing with re-issues. The 43 was meant to go with Hulkbuster, right? The 47 was initially a tiny run ... and I think the 5 may have been re-issued in advance of the Mark 5 Suit-Up version ...

... makes me wonder if other re-issues are as likely as some people think ...

As someone who missed out on some of these, I do not mind the re-issues. I do understand why some collectors are annoyed about them though.
