That's one minor inconvenience, having to get to a store just to get those batteries. Since AAs & AAAs are more commonly used and would most likely to have extras of these at home.

Those camera batteries better not be extinct in the future.
 
I've been working on converting this one to make it look somewhat more like a real prop.

Well the lemmet pretty much involves a lot of paintwork, higlights etc.
The handle has been painted to look used and after that varnish is applied.
The pommel and crossbar are painted and scratched as well.

Awsome man. It looks 100% movie accurate.

Great job with the modification. It does look much lesser of a electronic toy prop now with that aged look.
 
Kinda both, from a little distance looks real when you get up close plastic.
Doesn't matter though for the price it's too cool.

No idea i got mine on ebay for like 20$ shipped last year. i think ebay prices are still pretty cheap.(i'd pay 30$ easily for this)
