So to sum-up. My personal feelings:

Demo-Man is the clear winner for me. As someone with little to no attachment to the nostalgia of the old toys or cartoon I'm in this line for the cool toys and the diversity of designs. Demo-Man is an awesome design and is really well executed. The new Skelly head is awesome as well and will be my default Skeletor.

Runner-up would be Kobra Kahn. I really love both heads. They've somehow managed to make him look skinnier than the rest of the figures despite using a lot of the same parts, which is great. I need to pick up Webstor now so they can pal around.

I think the Star Sisters are really cool just for their wackiness. I love the full on 80s sci-fi Starlight Express look they have. I initially had no interest in them but the more I look at them the more I want 'em. I particularly love the pink chick whatever her name is.

Most of the rest I think I'm pretty meh on. Not that they're bad, they all look amazing. Just nothing I personally love.

Oh, and Shadow Weaver. Looks perhaps a bit too literally filmation? Was hoping for a bit more detail and design or something. Regardless I still really want her and as someone who is very picky in what I buy, am pissed about her being exclusive to the sub. I guess I'll have to pay 3-4 times the price of her for one.

Dedguy, just buy the sub. you'll end up paying overall what you probably would to just get weaver on her own, and you can possibly sell off the other figures at cost.

Also, as a friend just suggested to me, Demo-Man will look awesome with Moss-Man. I don't care about actual character bios. As far as I am concerned, Demo-Man is Swamp-Man and hangs out with Moss-Man and Mer-Man.

Random question since I have been out of the loop - was it ever resolved whether or not Orko woul be a regular figure aside from the SDCC last year? my friend missed out on him and is debating going to Ebay.

That I know but I thought there was also an announcement that he would be put into the regular rotation, possibly as an Adam figure with Orko accessory.

It's been a long time though I could be remembering wrong.

I think that may have been more of a hopeful want than an announcement. At least I dont recall seeing anything about a Prince Adam with Orko accessory. Maybe when they re-issue them they will do that?
