I tried, but the cape is attached to the neck piece...
so in order to do that, I would have to cut it and separate it...

Come this week I'm going straight for the art book and He-Ro. I was going to order He-Ro online instead but seeing how I missed MAA last week I can't take any chances. I'll be charging right through the crowd and running over skinny undernourished geeks like....The Running with the Bulls in Spain.
