You could have asked one of us for a MAA Michael. I'm sure someone on this board would have been happy to get one to you for a decent price.

I generally don't do that, since it's a bit too easy for someone like myself to get preferential treatment, and I don't think that's appropriate.

the right hip is loose on mine too... he keeps wanting to do splits... debating keeping him or sending him back, as that is his only bad joint..... any suggestions on tightening it?

You can tighten the joint by putting a very small amount of super glue in there and make sure you move the legs every now and then when it is drying so the that joints don't get stuck. I have used this trick on MANY of my figures and it always works (as long as the joint is accessible).

Only problem with that is the white residue but I guess you could be extra careful and only dab a drop or much less to help with the looseness.

The book is not worth it at all from what ive seen. Also they most surely will make more books in the future (maybe not this exact one but similiar). Looks at the HUGE profit margins they are making on these things. The book is small and might cost a few dollars if that and they are getting $50 a pop. I think mattel might go in the book business with those profit margins.

after seeing the inside i don't really want it any more. i was expecting full page art on every page. instead it is more like a history of the MOTU toy line. i can see all that stuff on the org.

So who's going to army build Battle Cats?

;)

I agree. Definitely a $25 book and no way worth what they're charging for it on eBay.

Yeah, agreed. It's nice and all, but I gotta resist the temptation to have it just because it's the "hot item" right now.

Just gotta remember there's other stuff that I'd much rather have for $150!

Heh, found an easier fix for man-At_arm's loose hip joint. I simply rotated the leg around 180 degrees, then straitened it up a the hip rotatory joint, and it now works just fine :)
