speaking of teela and Adora, someone on another board mentioned that they both seemed to have reduced articulation?
they are probably missing the ab articulation and possibly the cut waist. i don't see them missing much more. just as long as they have a cut bicep and articulated shoulders.

this is terrible, how are they suppose to hang on my wall? :sick
this reminds me of a discussion i just read on the org. somebody said they should limit articulation on Moss-Man cuz he leaves them MOC anyway and "why should all the articulation junkies get every figure to their liking?" was that you Skiman?:lol

LOL nah I wish it were me, but in all honesty I would like articulation as well besides looking nice in general.

took some stuff out of storage a few days ago and i found my old Dragon Walker:

this sounds like Matty is going non-flocked and using their excuse not to do it.They saw the fan-made spot flocked MossMan and called it interesting...this is gonna be a big disapointment to the fans IMO.

Thanks to so many fans for chiming in over the weekend on the Moss Man issue. As you know, those damn laws of physics just won't let the flocking work on a figure that is so articulated. We did see some cool fan photo-shopped images of a partial flocked Moss Man and a repainted Moss Man with more paint ops to the face and hands. Both are interesting options. Remember these are fan images, not official images from Mattel of actual product.

Let us know what you think here on my Facebook page and on fan sites such Actionfigureinsider.com, He-Man.org and Fwoosh.com (among others). We'll check back on Monday to see what everyone has to day!

So maybe if we make enough noise about wanting a flocked MM, then we will get it. Sounds like they are open to hearing what the collectors want.

I was just looking at the standard MOTUC packaging and wondered how big a Ram-Man will be?
I'm very interested to see what the Four Horsemen do with him. I for one hope they do away with his vintage gimmick and have proper leg articulation. Then he can do this . . . :chew

they should just give him real "slinky" legs. that would be awesome.:lol

Thanks about the comments for my Dragon Walker. Unfortunately i don't think it works. i opened the battery compartment and i think it still had the same batteries from 1983. they coroded the battery compartment pretty good.:monkey2.

As for the flocking issue, i'm pretty bummed out. matty and the 4 horsemen should use this thread for reference. we're real MOTU fans here. those org whiners are about as bad as the SW section. somebody direct matty and the 4H over here please. i don't see how bad it could be to give limited flocking. just don't flock all the way to the elbows, knees, and feet. and stop way short of the shoulders and hip joints like the vintage and 200x figures. and then just make a new torso without the ab joint. how hard could it be.:dunno

If he final Moss Man doesn't have any flocking I'm going to be really pissed. The old figure had it and these are supposed to be updated versions of the classic toys. Max articulation with limited flocking works just fine. If they don't do it then it is like going backwards from the original toy IMO.

If they don't put flocking on him they may as well just call him Rolling Stone Man because he's gathered no moss.

I just have one question...if Mattel is claiming to having problems flocking an articulated Moss Man..why the heck did they show him at the SDCC articulated and flocked??? He is part the subscription and your stuck taking him however they make him and if he is unflocked...he's not worth $20 IMO.. its just a green beastman..the greatness of this figure was shown and now Mattel sounds like they are backing away from the false advertisement of this figure at the SDCC...MossMan is not a favorite character of mine, but what they showed us was awesome.I hope this gets pushed back to April. If it takes longer to produce,so be it.

As long as the keep Moss Man flocked, Matty can push him back several months IMO.

I can see how the articulation would rub the flocking off and end up looking poor if they tried to do the whole thing. And I think forgoing flocking altogether would end up pissing off the majority of the buyers.

I'm perfectly happy with partial flocking.

That's a shame, I hate it when that happens.

Me too, I really hope we don't get another limited articulation Mossman, he should be brought upto date like the rest of the line or not at all.
I would think the Horsemen know of this thread, there's a pretty big following here.

from my understanding i believe they stated that they would have the ab and waist but it would be under the soft plastic outfit so the movement would be. there but it probably would be a little hampered by the outfit. they may have changed it since then. that was way back when they showed the unpainted teela.
