I voted fully flocked. To me that's the way Moss Man has to look, the spot flocking just makes him look light on the mossy-ness. I can live with the limited articulation to get maximum flock.

I voted for the second one, sporadic flocking and max. articulation. But the more I think about it, this ordeal really should've been sorted out prior to him being announced. :huh Still I'm happy to be getting Mossy as I wasn't expecting him for a bit, kinda curious to see who's up for April 2010 since they may get bumped up.

nice pic, mado. beast man loses that fight.

Thanks, Ork, and sweet pic as well!

i love the use of the face shield in those pics guys.:rock

Thanks Craw, it's great finally having an MAA that can utilize the face shield! :rock

Its a Statue that got sculpted at the Mattel booth Digitally. That guy finished the sculpt there sent the files to mattel and they printed them out. Only made 10 of em (the sculpters told me pertheseus and Bamboota) and gave them away in a raffle.

I love how that guys says "over a weeks time at Comic Con 2009 at the Mattel Booth" when it was sculpted on Thursday.

and im not sure if its the guys pics but that face has no detail. The face of the actual sculpt that i saw which was almost done looked like one of the MOTU Classics so it looke nice. this might be a Fake!

anyway! the program they were using to sculpt was really cool cause they had this robot looking arm with a pen at the end and that thing gave you resistance over the clay. So it felt like you were really sculpting on real clay.

Once again, Mattel gets something in the hands of flippers. They should have auctioned these off for charity.

That one really looks like a pos. I heard about the on-site sculpting event but really unless it's Classic He-Man I've got little to no interest. Can't imagine anyone would drop $9,000 on anything like that, not in this economy, not ever. But then again there are lots of stupid people in the world who want to give the slightly more intelligent ones their money so who knows.

I saw that too a day or two ago. Not sure what it is, but certainly not worth the $9000. I think I read that it was a one-of-a-kind or one-of-a-few sculpture based upon He-Man art that the Mattel team would be offering to a select VIP's. I think that's what I read, or something like that.

This pretty much sums it up.

$9,000 is only the starting bid (reserve not met). Buy it Now price is ... $30,000!!!! :rotfl:lol:rotfl. This is a good deal because he states "the good people at the Mattel booth said the statue was worth over 50.000$ because there are only 8 of them in existence."

I'm seriously thinking of selling my house and my entire collection to fund this bad boy! :banana
