I love this thread just as much as you guys, even if I don't post as much, I don't want it to be closed either. I don't know what happened, but I'll be keeping a close eye on things in Shell's absence.

That being said, I should have my Evil-Lyn (maybe Wun-Dar and Map) today.

Club Eternia™ Subscriptions Processing Two Days Early
April 20, 2010
By Matty

Club Eternia™ Subscribers,

As we’ve told you, we’re working behind the scenes to do all we can to help our monthly sales go more smoothly. Beginning with our May sale, we’ll be processing subscription orders two business days before sale day. This is great for subscribers, because it guarantees subscription orders go out well before everything else so subscribers get their product sooner. And, it’s good for us because we help reduce the strain on the warehouse of trying to process thousands of orders on a single day.

So, for example, for our sale on Monday, May 17th, the monthly figure shipments will begin processing on Thursday, May 13th, so you’ll start seeing your order confirmation emails then. Please keep in mind that because there are so many orders, it can still take 5 to 7 days for all orders to actually leave the warehouse. But regardless, subscription orders will go out first. You can still go online the day of the sale and purchase additional figures, along with all the other cool stuff we’ve got available each month. (Sorry, but we won’t be able to combine shipping.)

How the Shipping Process Works
The shipping process itself will go the same as it always has, but here’s a quick refresher:

Although you committed for a full year when you signed up for the subscription, because you aren’t charged for your monthly figure until it ships, your subscription is basically “renewed” every month.

•Each month when the subscription is submitted for renewal, it must pass payment authorization.

•If authorization fails, a Renewal Failure Email is sent with instructions on how to navigate to the “My Account” section of the site and change/validate the payment information.

•If payment is authorized, an order confirmation email is sent, which will include a new order number. This is also considered your renewal confirmation.

•Once the product ships, a shipment confirmation notification email is sent to the user.

•Your credit card is charged once the product ships.

Again, this process already happens every month. The only change to your subscription is that now your monthly figures will start being processed two business days prior to the monthly sale date.

So that’s the deal. We think it’s a win-win for everyone and hope you’re as excited about it as we are!

−Matty

I am also one of the members of Club Eternia and sorry if I'm a little late with this but I was charged 20.00 on my invoice for 2 figures plus map. Does that mean the Wun-Dar was free?
I have been away from my PC for a couple of days and haven't been able to keep up on the madness from yesterday so call me Dr. Cheeks because I'm a little behind.

You were charged 20.00 dollars up front when you purchased the subscription. That 20.00 included or paid for Wun-Dar, however you want to look at it. This month you only have to pay for Evil-Lyn. :peace
