I hear that entertainmentearth had them for reasonable prices in stock a short while ago, also.

I got a shipping notification. I hope more people post their collections in the mean time before I can.

If your serious about picking up these figures pitu, then do like the rest of us and order complete waves from BBTS.com. save yourself the time, gas and frustration of looking for these in stores.

I agree completely! ordering from online retailers is the best way. Shipping cost is not really an issue as there are times you can offset this cost by not having to pay tax.

thanks for the info. Ill be doing that then. and yes very serious about collecting this. :rock

I made these quick customs today. I trimmed off the excess rubber off the Toybiz horse, it fits much better with Hex now.
I saw these customs from supermanakajon and followed his instructions. Fairly easy if you have the right tools.

Yeah, that was harder putting together than the other two. I couldn't find his process on how he did it so I had to guess a bit. I had to diassemble the whole crotch sand down the peg on the Flash legs and sand down the back side of KFlash. Still not too happy with it as the space between the crotch and the thigh cut is large. I have to lengthen KFlash's crotch to minimize the space between ( you can see the gap in the picture clearer) . Finally, though he can stand toe to toe with Grayson robin and Donna Troy to fill out my Classic Teen Titans.

I don't usually customize anymore, in case, mattel does the figure in the future but i don't think they'll re-do classic Kid Flash and if they decide to do Superboy Prime it would probably in his red and blue costume.

Crud! I just realized I'm still missing two: Aqualad and Speedy.

Can you post the links to his tutorials? I'm working on some customs too and it would help a bunch to see what someone else has done.

Something tells me with Young Justice getting plenty of exposure we'll see Speedy/Red Arrow sooner than later in DCUC. And yeah, with the 6" YJ stuff coming out I'm not hopeful we'll get a fixed Wally Kid Flash anytime soon.

This is his Album and has his whole DCUC collection. He's got plenty of customs in it and I am impressed with his paint jobs as they are almost undetectable.

As for tutorials, he didn't really give any, just a hint of what he did with Superboy Prime:
Using the wave 3 Sinestro body. Pop in the SB head.

The lower legs are interchangeable so just take out the knee pins from the Sinestro body (keep them safe as you will use these pins) Put in the SB legs (you'll need to slightly make the hole larger for the Sinestro pins to go through it) and secure with pins. This whole process took me less than 30 mins because I had the right tools to do it. I used a heat gun paint stripper to really make the material malleable and rubbery. Be careful not to overdo it, of course.

The forearms, I drilled into and hollowed the SB forearms, then I sanded the Sinestro forearms to fit into the hollowed SB forearms. I used a dremel tool with its tile cutter tip.

Note: If you are inexperienced with these tools and decide to buy them, Please be careful. These can be very dangerous without proper handling. The heatgun, for example, after use retains its heat for a while and can severely burn any surface it touches.

Hope that helps.

These days I pre-order or order which ever I need from Amazon. Sometimes it takes them awhile, but they still have them at 14.99 each, and since I have Amazon Prime with free 2 day shipping, it's even better.

Ordered Azbats and Kyle Rayner on Friday, and they should be here tomorrow.

Awesome news on the preorder! I gotta take an updated pick for you dude. I got wave 16 on Monday and the second detolf I got is filling up FAST!

Awesome dude!!
Really nice collection you got going on there!!
:rock!!

I just got one of those shelves for my MOTU figures, they look really nice... but it's already full... I need to get another one! :panic:

I do wanted to do that custom, too. Looks pretty cool. It shouldn't be too hard to remove and attach to Black Adam. I also want to do the gold paint on them since it looks sharp.

Buttmunch - yeah, I can't believe that it's hard to find that Sinestro shrimp version nowadays.

Here is my DCUC wall paper collection. I know i've shown it in the past a few waves back but it's updated to current waves. Note that the Green lantern and Sinestro collection is not here. That's because I have outgrown this shelving a while back and it was fortunate that I could separate the Lanterns completely as its own. Eventually, sometime soon, i will be forced to redo my shelving format and integrate everything in one place. I'm trying to figure out how to display them in action poses with custom stands. Once I figure it out, the display shelves will be re-done.
