It escalates every cycle. The time of honoring an opponent and graciously accepting defeat is over. At least it is from the democrats side. It'll be interesting to see how the GOP handles this if they lose. If Obama loses, I think you'll hear all sorts of calls of racism, unfair military voting proceedures, yada yada.
