He basically just modified the canopy from McFarlane by cutting the upper front part of the canopy, moved it forward a bit and down, and filled in the remaining gaps in the middle. It still fits the Mcfarlane Batman figure. I don't see why McFarlane sculptors couldn't have done that from the start.

So I never expected it to be possible, but I was able to make a McFarlane scaled cowl with posable eyes.

I’m really wondering if they will fix the canopy issue with their eventual 1989 figure and Batmobile release. Or will the Batmobile be the exact same, just repackaged? We know Mcfarlane loves to do just that..


Maybe someone will eventually sell 3D prints of a new, more accurate canopy. The mods in that video from the last page are incredible, but definitely not something I could personally attempt

Yeah it’s a Gold Label 2-pack that got leaked. Has the Batmobile and ‘89 Keaton.

There’s also a Cinematic 6 pack that supposedly comes with 6 Batman figures from the various films. People are speculating that there will be a new Keaton, Affleck and Bale as well as maybe Kilmer and Clooney.

I really like the 12" Batman. Would be cool if they did one in the '89 suit too. This is all the Mcfarlane stuff I have from that movie. Dont need anything else.
