Medi armour dropping in price due to SS announcements ?

And I do think we'll see a bit of a drop, whenever you have an alternative for a certain figure the price/demand for the original drops.

Exactly my point.
It's not that SS's armor is sooo much better than Medi or vise versa it's that a similar product will be introduced into the market and those people who had to turn to Medicom for an armored figure now have a cheaper (for now) alternative that is in scale (which is a big deal to many including myself).

Unless SS drags their feet in producing Stormies, Sandies and Clones or they're just butt ugly then my Medi Star Wars days are over.

Competition is always important. Besides that Medicom have successful anime lines as well. I'll buy both Medicom and Sideshow Star Wars figures and I'm sure many people who already have Medicom figures will keep them in their collections

I'm selling mine on ebay. I decided to sell it because:

A) I need the money, kid on the way
B) I prefer the Marmit anyway
C) because SS will make one and I will see if that is better than the Marmit.

SWS had it for sale at $129.99, but every once in a while they would put it on sale. The only one I bought from them cost me about $110 shipped.

I got mine for $100 shipped after it came out, I've seen a few opened ones sell for under $100, but $110-$120 delivered seems to be the norm nowadays.

Just cancelled EP2 clone

For a few reasons

1. Price
2. Gun

Now I analyse it, I was getting it to be a semi completist - go with Ep3 and storm

But . .

ddepends on a few different things, and one of those things is personal preference. i've never bought a Medi Clone, and i wont. Not becuase they don;t look awesome, becuase I think they do, but it's that the medi Clone and the SSC clone will not be the same size, and it would look a little odd displaying them next to each other. I just got my first Medi Storm Trooper, well, paid for it today anyways, ( Thanks again Nash BTW) And becuase Not ALL stormtroopers are clones, I've got no issue wiuth varying heights. I'll get alteast oen of all the OT troopers medi makes, i still need to get atleast one shadow trooper. I'll probobly get a Marmit trooper or two as well.
HOWEVER, as far as PT clones go, if medi makes an ARC, I don;t think I'll be able to say no.
