Ironic they have her on a stand to stand up but won’t actually include a stand for her with the final product Would it kill ThreeZero to include just a plain, basic stand with their figures? Thank goodness for Toy Anxiety. When all the other figures in the collection have stands and they don’t it throws things off.

Yeah, I think I'll keep the SS version over 3A. Maybe just get a new headsculpt to fit in with the rest of the line

i agree about the proportions being off. I think a new body will help like one of the Worldbox bodies or something. The suit is too loose. But, the headsculpt is looking a little anime-esque to me as well

As for Baroness, she looks awful. Her face looks like a ten dollar 4Chan Anime piece or dollar store figure. I'm stunned that it's 2025 and this is what 3Z gives us. 3Z should be absolutely embarrassed of this release. And wtf is that belt? Where's that design from? Her face and flat hair is TERRIBLE and her face is lifeless and homely. Everything the Baroness isn't. I thought they would blow this out of the water considering it took forever but this is an absolute joke of a release. IWho sculpted this mess? They need to be replaced with AI. I hope youre all well but I am majorly disappointed this circa year 1999 looking-sculpt. What an absolute embarrassment for 3z. They need to fix this or I'm not buying it. New realistic sculpted hair and head and make her pretty PRETTY not this mess of a dead anime corpse they're trying to make us buy. They clearly don't care about the Gi Joe line. Gi joe isn't anime ffs

3Z Commander was 10/10 imo. The 3Z Baroness looks like it was sculpted with 1999 technology. That odd belt logo design is wrong and weird and needs fixing to the Cobra symbol but the worst part is her dead lifeless anime doll face and that horrendous flat hair. WTF. Like that bad Monica Lewinsky hair in that Barbara Walters interview from a million years ago. What the absolute F?!

Sideshow's Baroness blows this out of the water. I'm super pissed because this was the one figure I though 3Z would kill and instead it looks like something you'd find at the dollar store with decades old sculpting technology. Whomever sculpted this needs to be replaced with AI ASAP and I have zero guilt in saying this. The fact someone at 3Z looked at her and said "she looks great" is an embarrassment in itself. They need to fix her and people need to voice their opinion. What a friggen disaster and she's not even pretty -- which the Baroness needs to be. She should've looked stunning and instead it's the worst figure in the line. Rant over :but I'm not buying this mess

I supported this line and bought Firefly, Destro, Commander. 3Z needs to fix this lifeless disaster. they've done proper female sculpts before so WTF. I'm stunned at how bad this looks

I like the sculpt but I'm starting to realize that their unmasked/open faced heads are stylized in other words... don't look realistic. I guess past for the course dealing with an entirely ficticious character but still... can they at least make the eyes and skin look more real??? Glad at least their prices hit for what you get.

Exactly. What a POS. That dead eyes Anime headsculpt is as amateur as it gets. They gave Firefly a realistic portrait yet they anume it up with that horrendous dead doll look for Baroness? Totally amateur sculpting and she looks like sculpting from 20 years ago. Shockingly bad and not human looking and not pretty. "As beautiful as she is deadly..." where is the BEAUTY in that dumpster fire dead doll, wad of chunky hair looking headsculp. Lazy AF. I guess I'll speak with my wallet and I'm done. Keep my Commander from 3z and now there's no need for the rest 'cause that is one of the worst female headsculpts and looks like it came off a 5 dollar action figure

This does not look good. The body is too lanky and the upper torso and head too small. Head sculpt is too stylized. The costume redesign is far too busy. Why do they keep trying to reinvent the wheel? Overall just an awkward looking figure. I'm glad I still have my Sideshow Baroness. Does not give me hope they'll do Jaye and Scarlet any justice.

I just noticed the straight unshapely legs with cankle armor.

Apologies for my passionate comments earlier but if this is the effort Threezero is making, I'm going to sell my 3Z Firefly and Destro and keep 3Z Commander and the awesome Sideshow Cobra stand I bought to put him on and I quit this line. Baroness was supposed to be a beauty not some freakish pea head dead eyes anime doll

In 2025 between AI and human artists, there's no excuse for shoddy, lazy, cheap sculpting work. She looks brutal and they know it because they've deleted every negative comment about her on Insta and there were a lot of them. This is a 12 inch figure FFS, not a 4 inch fig. And as someone else said the other 3z figures look realistic face-wise Firefly, SS yet they Stylize her. She doesn't match the other Cobra members at all! WTF!? Who approved this mess of a design?! She looks cheap and homely uncanny. Peace out all. I'm going to put my money toward some Kaustic Plastik and Jazzinc 1/6 stuff as they know what the heck they're doing in 1/6.

Threezero needs to replace whomever designed this mess or at least fix it. What a mess! Rant over but this was the one I was waiting for

She’s definitely not as good as her concept art suggested she would be. Proportions are complete off and she doesn’t even come with the large weapons case

Put a pic of her next to Sideshow Baroness or Jazzinc Catwoman and you'll see what an epic fail she is. Granted she's cheaper yes, but I still expected a realistic and beautiful portrait. This kills the line for me as I can't collect Cobra without a Baroness, but I'll never buy her when I know how she should and could look, I guess I'll eventually offload Threezero Destro and FF and pass on Zartan. I stupidly sold my Sideshow Baroness thinking Threezero would have our backs with a new better Baroness. Joke's on me

Her outfit as others said, I didn't even notice but issues there too with looking way too busy and the belt buckle is WTF too. Anyway, all good. I'm sort of tired trying to figure out ways to make these better. It took so much work to make Snake Eyes how I wanted him to look. I've yet to fully commit to getting Storm Shadow's outfit redone in fabric b/c of how costly it would be.

And, as you alluded to, there are better, albeit pricier, items coming from other companies that just sort of overshadows this line unfortunately. Just not sure I can spare the shelf space or storage space for stuff that just doesn't wow me anymore.

I want to love the 3Z figures b/c I've loved the original cartoon, but I just don't look at these with as much joy as I do other figures in my collection. I felt that way with the Sideshow ones as well, which is why I ultimately sold them in favor for these. But, after owning 5 figures from this line, I think I've given it enough of a chance that it's just not worth it to me anymore to continue. I feel like I'll just be disappointed with Lady Jaye and Flint if they ever get to him.

We're on the same page. I do love what you did with Cobra Commander though and I ended up buying that Sideshow Cobra stand a few weeks back. 3z Cobra Commander will definitely stay with me and maybe Destro if CoCo needs a friend, but I really wanted a Cobra shelf and if this is the direction Threezero is going to go -- I mean again, it's 2025 -- the era of AI and human artists merging -- there is zero excuse for poor sculpting these days.

So yeah, I don't feel like giving Threezero anymore of my money when there are so many great 1/6 companies doing incredible work. Baroness is a shameful embarrassment for them. They may surprise us and seriously redo her head and belt and take off those awful busy lines on her chest armour but I highly doubt it. Sadly, I think this is the worst 12 inch figure of 2025. Sell them if you want to but maybe keep Cobra Commander as he's pretty great and you touched him up beautifully

I'll always love Gi Joe but I'll support it by buying Compendium 2 next and maybe some more of the Classified pieces. I hope people write to Threezero and maybe they'll listen but it just seems like they're hiding negative comments. This reminds me when Destro from Sideshow killed that line and it seems this might be the case here as well. You do you but I'm keeping Commander and that great bse night everyone
