im quite happy with the medi. the way he is looks like the puppet yoda to me

great pic. how did you do the eye`s they look great. I swapped mine over to the esb jedi master yoda body

I went back and repainted the eyes again. I think making them a little darker works better

I try and mix my own colors to try and match something close to the original eye color,browns and yellows. You can find some good pics on line of the original yoda puppet. A tip when your doing the pupils is to use a toothpick,makes it alot easier

I think that both the Medi and the SSC Yoda, don't deliver what could be expected.

Still, if I have to choose, I choose SSC. Don't know why all the hatred.

I actual like both versions which despite their flaws are really nice pieces. Would love to see what a HT version would look like

I like them, too, but it's a pity there is no Yoda closer to the one depicted in the films.

However, I feel that Medicom is closer to the OT Yoda, even if it falls a bit on the "homeless E.T." look...
Sideshow's Yoda is less detailed and falls on the PT computer CGI Yoda look...

That does kind of nail my reaction to it... mixed with some RMQ Yoda in there.

just in case anyone is interested... Medicom Yoda with custom rooted hair is something we have seen, my first attempt to add rooted hair to SSC Yoda.
