I dunno, i have liked some recent Medi releases. All over-priced (and under-scaled) of course..

I agree the droids are cool figs but of course too short

Do you think that suit would come off? I don't know if the Raimi suit can be taken off of the body, otherwise, this might look a little better on a bigger body. Having said that, you'd never get them feet back in.

I do like the head sculpt, although it does appear to be innacurate. As far as i can tell, the Amazing Spiderman mask doesn't have raised webbing and is more or less 'grooved' - i can't think of the word i'm looking for.

Just makes me more excited to see HT's reveal and all the litle details.

It looks okay, Medicoms problem is it thinks too much of themselves, this is a great Spidey for $80-$100, unfortantely Medicom prices themselves far too high

Perfectly phrase. It's not a horrible figure. It's a horrible figure for over $200.

After seeing the full HT reveal, the difference is pretty clear. HT has the superior product.

This is a Medicom Spiderman, and it looks better than their 1/6 spider-man

check out the eyes

Let's face it, the only things wrong with are going to be the price and the fact that the suit, which pound-for-pound may have the more realistic and movie like markings, that sadly fits like a used condom.

I can understand fully that Medicom have done this for the sake of posability, and that in itself is commendable, but sadly it still looks like ass.

To me it boils down to this...I'll trade off better posing ability for a suit that fits properly, on a figure that will scale in with my other 1/6 figures better, at a price that will (admittedly) be high...but not as high as the Medicom.

Medicom Spider-man has an old man ass.

One thing I will say for them is they didn't use the ugly mid seam like HT

that looks really good. it's too bad the figure will most likely be too short when compared to other 1/6 scaled figures.

the all-plastic Amazing Spider-Man from Medicom looks, well ... amazing.
i'll be buying that instead of hasbro's 6" spidey.

If medicom can make the suit seamless at the waist.....why can't HOT TOYS....ugh

i think the seem goes from his arm pit down, hidden by the arm. Where hot toys seems goes around the belly. Even with that being said, I like this one better. I will be passing on this figure as well since the movie was crap. Gotta have standards with this hobby.

I still LOVE Medicom........ANIME FIGURES. I really could careless about there American properties. I got the Blade of the Immortal Manji, Darker Than Black Hei and Kei from Gantz. All of these figures are top notch. Sadly most collectors will never know how cool they are since these figures are sooooo rare. This Spiderman looks unimpressive mainly due to the costume design. Its really mediocre at best.
