Hmm odd. I know someone painted it with Vallejo Model -Bronze and it looked pretty good
I sent the belt to small studios once to get it repainted and he just sent it back as he couldn't find the right colour:
I'm just gonna use the DX belt on my medix

thanks guys! this is definitely my favorite figure.. of all the figures i've acquired and ending up selling, this one never crossed my mind. suit still looks as good as the day i opened it up.

just ordered a vallejo bronze, will post some pictures when the belt is repainted! i'm also thinking about reorganizing some of the canisters/containers on the belt to make it more movie accurate.

Been 2 weeks now. Technically you have to wait 21 days to file a missing report with USPS but considering it was shipped Priority which arrives in ~3 days I think the chances of me getting it are slim to none.

Never mind I actually think this pic has re sold me on my Hot Toys version
The Medi version still has some great stuff about it tho.... maybe just maybe I need both of them

It could be better. For both the Medi and the HT.
* That HT is actually the proto (which is using the V1 body and the smaller DX chest piece).
* The HT pic is taken by professional photographer, but the Medi looks like a quick snap shot. Also the angle on that Medi looks kinda bad IMO
