Thanks man,
I think you'll be thrilled with the results if you put one of these together.
For the neck, you can either remove the short rubbery tube section from the inside of the Enterbay head or alternatively, you could reduce the size of the ball from the TT neck so that it fits inside the Enterbay head socket.
jedijim suggested that the Enterbay head socket could be filled with hot glue (if you remove the rubbery tube section) and then you just push it down onto the TT neck ball (this creates a "new" socket which fits the TT neck ball).
I chose not to use rubber chest piece because the exposed neck joint is pretty much hidden by the shirt if you adjust the collar a bit so it closes a bit tighter.
Good luck with it and post some pics when you've done it.

This is one of the best looking Han figures I've seen PERIOD! I just ordered the Enterbay Han specifically to try resurrecting Sideshow's ESB figure by creating a similar mash-up, but your results look better than what I imagined. Really nice work!
Was attaching the Enterbay head to the TT neck simply a matter of removing this insert? Is it like a short rubbery tube section glued inside the head?
