This is the same guy who built the Volks 1/6 scale garage kit of Kaneda's bike which is an absolute masterpiece in its own right. But his new Bandai/Medicom one that I guess he just got really blows it away with the lights and sound effects. Man, those sound effects and lights are beyond AWESOME! I cannot wait to get my hands on this!

Well, I just took out my 1/6 Batpod and from the rear tire to the gun tip it's about 22 and 1/4 inches long give or take a hair. Plus, the Batpod is just partial "guts" left over from the Tumbler. There's no body or cover and glass windshield on the Pod while Kaneda's bike has all that stuff and is taller and wider with more girth. I think the Batpod and Kaneda's Bike are probably about the same length but K's Bike blows the pod away in overall mass. Just my two cents; could be wrong. Can't wait to get this badboy in my collection.

Cool videos! If I remember right, didn't that same guy have an awesome diorama display for the Volks bike? That was really nice.

My bike arrives on Thursday!!! :rock :chew

Very nice photos! But the bike is made by Bandai, not Medicom I think. :D

It's called BM project where Bandai owned the offical license and Medicom responsible for unit production. Partnership project of the two companies though.

Great pictures.

Do they have rubber tires?

What bike is that on your avatar pic?

Indeed, tires were made by rubber and so as the sit (sound kinda funny. Ha....ha...)

It was Ducati 998, product of New Ray

Is that right? My mistake then. I thought that Medicom's responsibilities in Project BM was for the 1/6 figures (Kaneda and Tetsuo) and Bandai handled the manufacturing of the bike. That's why it's labeled under "Soul of Popynica", isn't it (Bandai's line)? That was my assumption, and it made sense to me, since Medicom isn't known for producing die-cast vehicles.

You're right, I was referring their past Project BM where Bandai partnership with Medicom on Rider series. Afterall, without Kanada, what's the point of producting this Bike!

You know I thought that the Kaneda sculpt would turn out more accurate....I mean the Indy sculpts were a little off but this is ridiculous!

Well... That puts me right in the middle, between the two of you: I don't have them, I still want them, but I also want them to be exclusive! :D

So, as much as I want Rei and Asuka in school attire, I hope Medicom doesn't release new versions of these two. But, looking at the recent release of the "new" versions of plug suit Rei and Asuka, I have a feeling new school uniform versions won't be too far off... . Medicom must earn money after all.

One day, lonnie will sell me his anyway. :D
