He looks more accurate than HT but with him being neither one scale (like 7") or another (fully 1/6th) plus his very toylike finish its an easy pass.
Dammit! Now I want a Medicom Alien...
Already have the Big Chap (and he's pretty cool), but in terms of accuracy... yikes. He's in-scale with my other HT toys, so that (plus the general detail, even though inaccurate) is the only thing keeping him here. I'm actually running out of room, though. Dunno where I'd keep two 1979 Aliens. I barely even have enough vertical space for the new HT Predators (they'll have to squat).

Thanks for the tip! That is a great price. I have the HT Alien and hadn't picked up the Medicom. I think I just bought the last one at the $86 clearance price. But, there may be more available directly at BBTS.

to me the "big chap" alien HT did not like it, has a head that no resemblance to the one of my favorite monster, and I find it paradoxical to spend all that money for a doll that looks amended personal interpretation of the sculptor
The first version was sick, looked like a whale in effect
the second version is somewhat improved, but still different
have had the courage to sell a Kane that was equal to Freddy Mercury !!!
