I have the biggest issue with the hoses on his left arm.

Try taking his hands out, take off the gauntlets, use a pair of tweezers to feed his sleeve through the gauntlets as you put them back on. This makes the openings on the upper arms end up a little closer to the gauntlets and keeps them in for most poses. Sometimes, you'll just have to readjust them for a new pose. Another are where Jango falls short of his son, I had no issue with Boba on this matter.

True enough, but quantity isn't the issue. Length of the hose and length of the sleeve around the upper arm for the hose to run into is what's important, and they did better on Boba. If Jango had about 1/4 inch more hose on all of them, there'd be no issue at all.

No it was just the design, it was a common complaint when he first started shipping. There's a healthy range of poses you can get without issue, but there are some that really feel like the character but end up putting his arms in poses that make the hoses want to come out of the sleeve.
