Cyclops and Wolvie came with less. Claws and some hands for Wolvie, a jacket and hands for Cycs, some guns and probably hands for Punisher. I think only the Spidey crew runs with better accessories. How about Star Wars? 1 lightsaber and some hands, 1 gun and some hands, too me more would be nice, but not needed. My SS Luke never gets a dif. accessory than his saber. The $100 is the awesome bodies and the best materials plus the low edition sizes worldwide (HUGE audience in Asia.)

The Marvel RAH's as mentioned don't come with a lot of accessories. Webs and extra hands for Spidey, Claws and extra hands for Wolverine, a Jacket for Cyclops, just not a bunch of stuff. I'm not sure I see Punisher as being a particularly weak release accessory wise but if you have a problem with Medicom figures content vs. value generally I understand, I just don't agree. I think they're not too bad a value at all at the prices SSC is able to offer them. In fact they are a pretty darned good deal for the type of very limited edition release they are. I'm very grateful to SSC for offering Medicom and Hot Toys figures. Anyway I think Punisher is pretty typical content wise.
I know I may have a funny sensibility to some collectors here. I do and have done a lot of military subjects so I'm used to modifying them to my liking. It's a big part of what I enjoy about 1/6th figures. I do it with film and comic book and sci-fi subjects too. Seems like a natural thing to try to improve the accuracy or customise your figures.

As far as the price is concerned, you pay $100 for the name and for the quality of the piece. I'd be happy to spend a little extra money to buy the accessories I want for him anyways. As a basic figure, I think Punisher is great.
