Sorry to annoy you guys but what is the current appraisal for this issue? A LCS is selling it for 750 CDN before tax and I'm itching to get it tomorrow. I'm not sure if it's fully mint or real, though. So any help would be nice.

I still have mine that my dad got me 22 years ago when I was in 6th grade; I have no clue how much it is worth. Go buy a Wizard magazine and check the value or buy a CGC one off eBay. I would get my rare comics CGC'ed, but I am afraid to have them leave my hands.
