Freaking Sweet, This looks great! best Solid Snake figure yet. I know the head sculpt leans more toward BigBoss, but its still an awesome sculpt. If im gonna be nit picky, they've missed the two tones on the vest and the whit pads on his gloves. Hopefully the end product looks like this

Looks like they were inspired at least face-wise from this render.

I found the Origin site. It goes up on Preorder 31st of October.

Heres some details from the article
-Shinkawa fully oversaw production
-Articulated eyeball gimmick
-amazing articulation as you can see in images (Gun Stock realistically reaches the shoulder)
-Extra expression (but no eye movement)
-Comes with M9 and Socom pistols
-Many many hands (hanging, smoking and different 2 trigger ones)
-2 boxs (figma, oranges)
-Moveable hair to allow for better articulation like crawling poses
-There is a Goodsmile exclusive version

It really doesn't look like the SSB Snake to me at all. There is no figure that ha MGS3s head sculpt expect for Medicoms (but more anime) and HotToys(but only a slight resemblance)

The Legacy collection renders or 3DS Snake sure but SB? no

Yeah... like I said, I think it looks more like the Legacy/HD Collection renders than the SSB render. I mean even the color of the pouches are the same.

It would also make sense for Max Factory to base their sculpt on the most latest CG render, especially considering how a lot of Japanese sculpts are 3D computer-based and they'd need the best looking 3D reference material for that:

Yeah it's no "PS2 Snake" but at least they actually did right in capturing the look of the current renders.

Whats 3A's customer service email? On their site they just have a form to contact them. I somewhat stripped the screw for the battery compartment on the head, it was way too tight

Yeah man, they act like there doing you a favor letting you buy there products. They make some amazing things but for the price they need to seriously step up there QA and CS game.
